Privacy notice
Version 2026-10-22
When you ask for a demo, we keep your name, email address, organisation, interest and message so that we can answer you. We keep them for up to 24 months, never sell them and never use them for advertising. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Who is responsible
Capt. Alexandros Asimakopoulos, the creator of Bunker Master PRO, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question or request about your data, write to alexandros.asimakopoulos@outlook.com.
What this notice covers
The website www.bunkermasterpro.com: the film and product presentation, the Ask for Demo form, and the sign-in to the office portal. Surveys made with the Bunker Master PRO app are covered by the agreement with the company that licenses the app.
The Ask for Demo form
- What we keep: your name, email address, organisation (if given), how you are interested (for example investor or survey company), your message, the date and time, and your agreement to this notice. The form keeps no IP address.
- Why: to answer your request and to follow up with you about Bunker Master PRO. The legal bases are your consent and steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- Where: requests are stored in a database operated for us by Supabase in London, United Kingdom, a country the European Commission recognises as protecting personal data adequately. A notification email is delivered by the email service Resend, which may process it in the United States under its data processing terms, to the Outlook mailbox above.
- How long: up to 24 months after your request, then deleted; sooner if you ask.
- Who sees it: only Capt. Alexandros Asimakopoulos. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing or used for advertising.
Office portal accounts
Portal accounts are created by a company administrator, never by public sign-up. The portal keeps your email address, name and role so that you see only what your role allows, and it keeps your sign-in session in your browser's local storage until you sign out. Accounts and survey records are stored with Supabase in London. The password page loads its sign-in software from the jsDelivr content network.
Cookies and tracking
The film, the product presentation and the demo form use no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider (Papaki, Greece) may keep standard server access logs as part of operating the website.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Changes
If this notice changes, the version date above changes too, and the demo form asks for agreement to the new version.
